AMP-IT-UP's submission was recognized along with 8 other videos for the "Facilitators Choice" award.

AMP-IT-UP, or Advanced Manufacturing and Prototyping Integrated to Unlock Potential, promotes workforce development to identify and cultivate the next generation of creative science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) innovators. CEISMC, or the Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing, implements AMP-IT-UP on behalf of the core partners, Georgia Institute of Technology and Griffin-Spalding County School System (GSCS).

Principal investigators, practitioners, administrators, researchers, policymakers, industry and the public at large were encouraged to participate during the showcase. Participants viewed the video presentations, engaged in facilitated discussions of each video, and voted for the videos that are most effective in conveying the creative work that is being done with NSF funded programs.
